El Rey Ruins
Address: Av. Kukulkan, Zona Hotelera, Km 18.5 .El Rey ruins are the rests of what once was a Maya city. The mayas abandoned El Rey after the arrival of spanish colonizers. El Rey is not as big as other famous maya cities, but you can still notice some ancient paint on the walls, you can climb one of the ruins where there is a temple and the burial of an important Maya character.
Playa Delfines
Address: Av. Kukulkan, Zona Hotelera, Km 18.5 .Playa Delfines is a good option to spend the day at the beach. There are free palapas for visitors, arrive early so you can have one!
Maya Museum
Address: Boulevard Kukulcan km 16.5, Zona Hotelera .Museum with an important collection of Mayan archaeological artifacts. Walk on the path surrounded by vegetation of the region.
Isla Mujeres
Address: Ultramar, Puerto Juarez .Take the ferry to Isla Mujeres from Puerto Juarez. Ferry's leave every 30 minutes from 5:00 A.M. to 12 A.M.
Definetely Isla Mujeres is a MUST when in Cancun.
